All items sold on our website are intangible digital goods. Due to their nature, once a download link has been delivered or the file has been accessed, we cannot accept physical returns or exchanges.

Refund Conditions
- Before Downloading If you have completed your purchase but have not yet received the link or started the download, you may request a cancellation and a full refund.
- After Downloading Because the customer retains the digital copy, we do not offer refunds once the file has been downloaded or the link has been sent. The only exception is if the file is proven to be defective and our technical team is unable to provide a functional replacement or solution within 2 business days.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved (due to an unresolved technical fault), the amount will be automatically credited to your original payment method.
